I would do something like a damage taken number that pop up over enemies and move up like you know it from RPGs. It should be rendered in screen so it has no 3d rotation but positioned in scene over the enemy. What would be the best way to do it, 3d widget or normal hud widget? How then positioned in scene and how animated?

Tried it, works nicely til you want something more then the basic stuff it does like making it fade out or actually animating it. It is not easy to add upon since that blueprint logic is rather complex for something so simple and there is no documentation. So if anyone here is looking for something similar and you only need something basic I recommend it otherwise there might be better solutions.
