Moving multiple characters at once?

I have it where the player selects where to move the characters, then I save the location to where they move onto the pawn for each character. My goal next for the “action phase” to have them all move to their locations at once.

Which means they all need their own controller? I may be way off so what would you guys recommend? What’s the best way to go about this?
