Moving GCPs in relation to '0'

I am attempting to use GCPs to automate model location and reconstruction region location in object based scanning (not using GPS coordinates).  When creating the GCPs, I would ideally like to position the model centered over ‘0’.  I have been able to export the GCPs as they are aligned (which is kind of random in its placement), but when I attempt to redefine the ground plane the GCPs do not move their location. Is it possible to adjust the ground plan and have the GCPs register that change in relation to the ‘0’ location?

what do you have set, when you are exporting GCPs?

There is more options in Export transformation settings, you can choose from Projected output, Grid plane or Shift projected output.

When you have set the ground to wanted position, choose these in Export settings and the GCPs should be in wanted coordinates.
