Moving data into world machine

I have a complex project that produces a complex mesh that i wish to add to a game engine.

The mesh produced by CR also has a few issues that stop it being imported to Mudbox so that I can clean the mesh and retopologise it.

So i thought I might be able to export data from CR that I could use in worldmachine so that it can be cleaned and then produce a greyscale heightmap which can be used in unity or unreal.

However I am not familiar enough with the formats I can get out of CR beyond a mesh and a texture.

Why not export a digital surface model from an orhto projection?

Isn’t that what you want?
