Movie render queue - use saved preset for render settings

I was trying to create a tool that will render the level sequence using render queue.
I am able to change the render settings using:

job = NewQueue.get_jobs()
job[0].get_configuration().find_or_add_setting_by_class(unreal.MoviePipelineOutputSetting)
outputSetting.output_resolution = unreal.IntPoint(1280, 720)

But what i was trying to do is read these values from the saved preset in /Game/Constants/Presets/RenderQueue/MyPreset.MyPreset
MyPreset.uasset
How can i do that?
