Movie Render Queue - Strange Shadow Appearing

Hi guys, would someone be able to advise me on this as I have tried everything I can think of. This does not appear in the editor or timeline, but when I export from the movie render queue a strange shadow begins to appear as the camera moves into a scene. Please see the link below.

Also, I seem to be able to export as an HD resolution fine, other than the shadow. But if I try to change my export resolution to 4K, then the texture on the stone door/shrine looks very glitchy. Why would this happen, and how can I fix this?

Many thanks.

Here are two guides on how you can change the distance of when and how the shadows shall appear in your scene: Distance Field Soft Shadows | Unreal Engine 4.27 Documentation and Virtual Shadow Maps in Unreal Engine | Unreal Engine 5.0 Documentation

I also found this on Reddit:

That may be due to having your max shadow maps too low. This seems to be a bug with lumen. Try scrolling to the section “Increase the Max Number of Physical Pages” in this article: Virtual Shadow Maps in Unreal Engine | Unreal Engine 5.0 Documentation

If this is the problem, the command r.Shadow.Virtual.MaxPhysicalPages 4096 (or something larger than 2048) should work to fix it

Hi EliasWick, thank you for your help.

I have tried what you have linked to / suggested, but I am still not having any luck.

The shadow that appears, I think is more of an error, rather than a shadow simply appearing the closer the camera gets to it. If you look closely, it does not make sense where it appears from, and there is a hard line sweeps over the whole scene within this shadow too. If you look at the left hand side of the screen at the same time, there appears to be shadow with hard line that tracks with the camera.
