Mover 2.0 requires NPP?

When you read the Mover documentation it states that it uses the Network Prediction Plugin (NPP)

But from what I’ve seen, NPP was abandoned in 2022? It is still experimental. They are currently developing IRIS now. and this is just confusing. Although they make no mention in the documentation that you have to enable NPP. Can anyone clear up this confusion.

I’ve been looking for clarity on this issue as well. The documentation is sadly sparse but I am making progress reading the source code.

According to a youtuber who wrote his own smoothing (before it came prepackaged) and lag compensation on top of mover (so i think he knew what he was talking about) the NPP does not need to be activated in the plugin list. Its already built in now.
