The movement of pawns is smooth when running in editor, but not after I package it and run it standalone. I found the same problem also happens in the template projects, such as Flying, Twin Stick Shooter, and Vehicle.
The most obvious one may be the Twin Stick Shooter. I record it in the following video.
If you look at the text “twin sticker” carefully, it’s like one or two frames are lost in every 1 or 2 seconds.
In this video, I also changed to a very low setting but the problem still exists.
Detailed steps:
- Create a Twin Stick Shooter template project.
- In project launcher, choose the default windows profile.
- Run the game exe in Saved\StagedBuilds\WindowsNoEditor
Hardware: Intel Core i5-7600 3.50GHz; GTX 1050 Ti; Memory 8 GB
System: Windows 10 x64
