Movement Component causing bad performace!

When my character moves the cost of Movement Componets goes really high and makes the FPS go from 60 to 30. And the MS cost of him from 1ms go to 8ms. I really confused, the Movement Component should cost that much ONLY when i am moving?

can you detail a bit more please? like showing us your animation component and your blueprints. maybe your mesh too
