Movement And character oriëntation

hi,

i have situation here And Google drives me crazy.

I want a kind of streets of rage movement. “Beat em up”
but there is no template for beat em up in Unreal.

Now What I want:

character moves left And right And also looks left And right.
Cheacter moves up And down but keeps looking in the direction iT was from left or right.

Any help?

Hi,
it sounds like you don´t have much experience using Unreal Engine, I would suggest to check out the basic tutorials to get started and understand how to set up your Character and PlayerController.
Do you want to make a 2D or 3D Graphics game? If it’s 2D I’d recommend the Paper2D tutorial.
