Move hands character with motorcycle handlebar

I did a character that i rigged with control rig, the character is running a sci fi motorcycle, I?d like to attack the hands control bone, to the sockets of the motorcycle handlebar, so when i’ll do the animation the hands can move with the handlebar.
At the moment the motorcycle is not a skeletal mesh, is composed by the main body, the handle bar and the front rudder.
The relative blueprint will be used in sequencer for cinematic
I tried to search some tutorials, also for car and steering wheel, but I didn’t find anything, any help is really appreciated.
