Hello
I am working with an architectural visualisation at the moment. I just notice if I make a mesh movable then the color change is more brighter and actualy the enviroment color doesnt make any change to the color of this mesh as it was doing before when it was static
Hello kourmpanas,
The reason ‘Environment Color’ is not changing the ‘Movable’ mesh is because this is a setting that affects ‘Static’ meshes built with Lightmass. As soon as you change the object to ‘Movable’, you lose light bounces from the baked static lighting.
If you would like to have ambient lighting with your movable objects, you can add a ‘Skylight’ actor, or you can add an ‘Ambient Cubemap’ to your ‘Post Process Volume.’
Would you mind providing me with a screenshot of the issue you are seeing so I can better visualize if this is a bug or not?
Thank you,
