"Mouse X/Y" works in editor but not when build

I’m using the “mouse X” event node and its value to drive the camera rotation. It all works fine when testing in the editor but when I do it with standalone game it doesn’t work most of the time. Like you can rotate for a tiny bit, then not and then a bit later it moves a bit again.

Does this occur in a new project as well? For instance, if you open a new First Person Blueprint project, build it then run in standalone game, do you get the same results?
