I’m trying to move a Flipbook (of a running 2D character animated in 12fps) on a Transform track in a Level Sequencer from one location in the scene to another, and would like to have its interpolated movement rendered in 12fps as well. Currently the flipbook moves along its path in every frame, ie. far too smoothly, whereas I’m looking for a more traditionally animated feel.
Changing the Sequencer Display Rate settings has no effect for me in-game - I see the 12fps setting affecting the flipbook in its motion path when I scroll through it frame-by-frame in the Sequencer, but when I hit play / when in-game the Flipbook goes too smoothly again. (‘Lock to Display Rate at Runtime’ is the only visible effect that seems to work, but it affects the entire game; I’d want the flipbook’s frame rate to be independent)
Blueprints affecting frame rates don’t seem to be applicable to Sequencers either…
Any ideas? Thank you for your time!
