Motion Design Cloner to Static mesh- Vertices

I’m using a Static Mesh Sphere with 823 vertices as my Cloners Sampler Actor.
My cloner is set to Clone onto vertices.
I’d assume that if I use 832 clones, I’d have one for ever vertex. But that’s not the case.
I’m pumping up the cloner Count to well over 3000 before the full sphere is covered with clones.

Are the clones doubling up on certain vertices before all of them are covered? Is there a way to make the cloner hit every vertex before doubling up clones?

I’m having a similar issue. I’m trying to clone on a static mesh and it won’t distribute the clones evenly on the mesh. It stacks a ton of clones on the bottom of my messh and the rest of the clones are really sparse and spread out. I don’t know how to get the distribution to be even across the mesh.

same issue here and the orientation of some of them are wrong

I am trying to figure this out too, there doesnt seem to be any way to set a default up vecor or orientation settings from mesh normals?
