It seems to me the motion blur that is accessible from either the CineCamera or the Post Process Volume creates a motion blur on an object that is relative to it’s world space transform rather than it’s camera space transform. This, of course, is useless.
I have a aircraft flying closely by the background scenery and the camera’s path is parented just off the wing tip. There is crazy motion blur of the aircraft, which is not moving at all relative to the camera and background that is whipping be is as sharp as can be.
Is there any way to create motion blur that is calculated in camera space?
