I click exactly that button you outlined (2k), and it gives me 8k instead. If it was what you mean.

@Bot_Bot_1234567 are you downloading from My Library? There seems to be an issue with downloading from My Library where only the 8k version gets downloaded no matter what quality tier you select.

Please go the product page and try downloading from there.
