One of my routine mosaic results (aerial, not orthophoto) is not rendering well, just showing one patch (in mosaic view is the same), doing the same with orthophoto setting works (I must use aerial mosaicing). Please help me : )

what are your ortho settings? The mosaicking is still considered as experimental feature, so there could be some issues. Is it the same when you will change the reconstruction region?
If so, can you try open RealityCapture with pushed SHIFT and choose the option Make it like a clean install and then try create the orthomosaic again?
Is the ortho created as georeferenced?
Changing the reconstruction area didn’t help, for now I just skipped that specific project.
