Morphing an mesh to geo cache

I’m currently trying to morph a character’s clothing to an ABC cache. I know the easy way to do this would be go into Maya and create a blendshape there and then re-import the character with the new morph target.

I was wondering if there was a way to do this inside of Unreal. I haven’t found any resources on a simple “blendshape” between two seperate assets. As well would this work with a skeletal mesh and/or a static mesh?
