Morph Targets missing in build project

Hi, I have a strange problem where when playing a sequencer cutscene in editor, the morph targets baked into animations on my skeletal meshes are working as expected, however , the same cutscene in the built game plays the animations without any morph targets. Does anyone have any ideas what might be causing this?

So restarting my pc somehow solved my problem. I guess if anyone ever has this same problem this is the answer
