More than 6 Widget-Buttons

Hey Guys,

i want to make a Inventory like the one showing in this Video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OAupkMTq2no&t=138s.
Now my Problem is, how can i assign more than 6 Buttons, because theres only 6 types of assignable functions i can connect to events.

Greetings,
Armo

can you be more specific about what you are trying to do, and what part you are stuck on.

well, i want to do an inventory just like shown in the youtube video, but i thought, that for every button you need to apply a different Get Response Button. Like in the Screenshot for every button to do diffrent tasks asign different Get Response Button 1,2,3… etc. Otherwise diffrent ui buttons would do the same thing when attached to an event. Because in the Pop-Up-Device Events it says: On Responding Button 1, 2, 3… So if i would asign the Get Response Button 1 to multiple Widget they would all do the same.

You do have to connect each button to a different Get Response Button, I’m not sure if Richy just didn’t have all of those buttons connected but you can’t have more than 6 buttons in a modal dialog variant, you have to use Verse to do something like that.

That’s what i thought, any Idea how to do it? I never really worked with Verse.

Well sure I have an idea of how to do it- but it’s not something one can really explain in a forum post. There is documentation and some tutorials out there on creating Verse UI- In-Game User Interfaces | Unreal Editor for Fortnite Documentation | Epic Developer Community

If you aren’t familiar with Verse, you are likely weeks of learning out from being able to do something halfway decent looking. I would say it’s worth spending the time to learn though.
