I have a problem with alignment of pointcloud from UAV and pointcloud from laser scanner. We made a model from a river and there were bridges. Every bridge was scanned with terrestrial scanner. This scans weren’t georeferenced.
When I want to use more laserscans, they go to one rig. What do I have to do, if I want to have scans in more rigs? Because when it is in one rig, it seems like one component, and it is not good

Please could you post screenshots of the issue? From your description it is not clear if you can not align the UAV images with the laser scans? You would like to split your work in to more components?

I want to align pointcloud from laser scanner and UAV. With scanner were scanned bridges, without georeferencig. I align bridge nr. 1 correctly using tie points. When I added second bridge (without georeferencing), it took place, like in the picture. I also used some tiepoints, but the it doesn’t matter for pointcloud position and the software joined it together with first laser point cloud. Also, added scans were in one rig in input. Is there some way to get pointcloud in various rigs?

Please can you post 1ds window. Do you use color laser scans or in grey-scale?

I solved it with georeferenced pointcloud. I don’t have original project anymore because of crashing.
I used only grey-scale scans.
