same as topic, more easily import/export pak/uasset to editor, Extract/Repack using UnrealPak.exe; content viewer free plugin to view multiple pak/uasset files (support encrypt), without use FModel/UModel/repack.
just make thing more easier bcz i just want to making mods:
- UnrealPak.exe, for me first this can’t use though powershell (cmd only), second i want to repack a whole folder but it display “No files found”, is that easy to use???;
- basic function such like content viewer (plugin) and import/export pak should always available and easy download for newbie just like me. many times windows smartscreen warning me unknown source about unreal tools i downloaded, but i can’t just shut it down bcz personal reason;
- MAIN ISSUE: uasset files are not recognized in editor, why add ubulk and uexp files as part of uasset? does Epic don’t know how this thing are terrible? pls make ubulk and uexp files as extras not a part, not everyone like “UseSeperateBulkDataFiles” function, especially when it is mandatory.
but anyway that’s my opinion Epic, also Epic launcher UI for unreal engine page is still terrible, not only just worse.
