Monthly Statement Issue: "Net Unit Sold -", But Full Price Still Applied?

I received a monthly statement, and it includes the following entry: “Net Unit Sold” with a value of “1”, followed by a dash “-”. However, everything is still being calculated and included as if the value were actually “1”, resulting in the normal price.

Does anyone have an idea why this is happening? I haven’t received any refunds, and I haven’t received any related emails either.
