I received a monthly statement, and it includes the following entry: “Net Unit Sold” with a value of “1”, followed by a dash “-”. However, everything is still being calculated and included as if the value were actually “1”, resulting in the normal price.
Does anyone have an idea why this is happening? I haven’t received any refunds, and I haven’t received any related emails either.

But now it’s been proven and approved, yet the sanction still applies. I am afraid about my sanction and the coming results that I don’t know for my account/profile/shop. Please help me!
