I mean, I doubt there is a tut to make an entire game like this. Break it apart into smaller components and learn that.
Start with creating a board and a pawn that can hop from field to field. Those tuts will help with that.
Then find another problem to solve - hop many fields. Then make fields unique. And so on.
You could also search the marketplace for plugins / templates. Buying something only to take it apart is a great way to learn.
