Module Packaging Error "can't open input file '...\Core\UnrealGame-Core.lib' "

So I need to package my code as a module, but when i add the line LinkType = TargetLinkType.Modular; Unreal Engine can’t package the game anymore. Even if it was working before adding the line.

The error i’am getting is:

Apparently it can’t find some engine lib but I don’t know if UBT should build them or if I’am missing files (I already verified my engine files).

I’am using Unreal Engine 5.2.1
This is a blank project with only one added module which contain only a template actor script
