Finished the blocking of the initial architecture. Will be moving to UV mapping now, and then texturing. =)

I’ve isolated the existing architecture, there are 63 pieces so far. That isn’t including the different variations I plan to include or the props. Now onto the stage of asset creation that every developer looks forward to, UV mapping. =P

I dont even do 3d modeling but i have looked into how to do UV mapping just because i was curious and it literally made me want to cry, why cant some smart person figure out how to make this process less painful

Haha I know right? I was just thinking that myself. I’ve spent the past few days just staring at geometric lines and grids. Fortunately I’m almost finished though. But this is definitely the worst part of the process. =P

After UVing 60+ objects, I can finally begin texturing. Here is some of the progress so far. =)

60+ objects and you havent commited suicide well im impressed as usual, Mr San Fransisco aka SF lol, keep trucking along excited to see the final outcome soon :slight_smile:
