Modular Realistic FixedBodyType.Character Mesh

Skilled 3D modeler running out of ideas? or New 3d skilled modeler thinking of what to start your UE4 great business with?

Read this entirely it will be worth it…
Here is a quick request to set you up for a boost in your business.

Programmers are in real need of an easy to setup, plug and play modular fixed character that is able to have an ease time with implementing clothing and other aspects of the look of the character during game run-time.

Allow me to explain:

All character systems/assets in UE4 marketplace at the moment are either non-modular with fixed clothing (no naked body mesh provided) or body modular with a six month or more of work in implementing clothing to fix character during game run-time(I’m not talking about during character selection, but in actual game-play run-time{ Meaning a clothing system similar to the so known Hitman game, etc clothing pickup] };

Basically I would love to see in these type a character asset pack/s with the following included:

**1. Four to Five Male fixed mesh characters. ** //Just design a base mesh where you can modify it to different ones, should be easy after base mesh is done.
A. All male character should be scaled and rigged to epic’s base skeleton

  B. All male character should keep the same the same body type and scale // Preferably endomorph, see number 3 to understand the concept 

  C. Each male character mesh should have a different face look, body mass look. //toned or not {ripped or not}

  D. All male characters should have different materials compatible with all male characters to change color of eye, skin, eyelashes, etc.

  E. [Really useful]All male characters should have a detailed enough hands, so that TrueFirstPerson  can be implemented. // either for VR or FPS game
  
  D. All male characters' base meshes should be bald as, so that there can be different hair mesh implemented.

  1. Four to Five Female fixed mesh characters.

    A. All female character should be scaled and rigged to epic’s base skeleton.

    B. All female character should keep the same the same body type and scale // Preferably endomorph, see number 3 to understand the concept

    C. Each female character mesh should have a different face look, body mass look. //toned or not {ripped or not}

    D. All characters female should have different materials compatible with all male characters to change color of eye, skin, eyelashes, etc.

    E. [Really useful]All female characters should have a detailed enough hands (Good looking materials), so that TrueFirstPerson can be implemented. // either for VR or FPS games [Optional = Nail Polish color picker]

    D. All female character meshes should be bald as base, so that there can be different hair mesh implemented.

    F. All female Characters’ base meshes should be naked with the exception of an underwear and BRA.

3.** Clothing
**:
A. All Clothing that requires the following, should be rigged to epics game skeleton. This is to ensure that animations are played in sync with base character.

   B. Different variations clothing for both female and male characters.

Example:
*. clothing example 1.png

*. clothing example 3.png
// avoid clothing that are full dress unless you can divide them into two meshes.

  C.  All Clothing should be compatible with both female and male character base meshes without overlapping or going through the meshes. //this is why keeping nearly same body-type and scale would be ideal.

  D. Different hair style meshes [easily configurable color]. //some hair styles would probably require a rigging with custom bones or a workaround to make sure it moves and is not like a brick that connects the head to the body...

  E. Different body-wear assets + different styles of the category that are compatible with both female and male characters... //some of this body-wear might require rigging to epic's skeleton if animations won't look right if added as a socket of a bone... 
      **example of  body-wear assets {different styles}**: Helmets{bike,ballistics,sports, etc}, hats{snap-backs, baseball, etc}, pistol holder{Right/Left hip pistol mag holder}, mag holders{2 slots mag holder, 4 slots mag holder }, gloves, knife holders, watches, shoes, glasses, jackets/coats, necklaces, etc ...

 F. Different type of armor... Vest, bullet proof vests, knee-pads, etc.

 G. For all clothing type, It's ok to have only one clothing material (color style) for each clothing style. //However, it is important that is prepared so that developers can export and modify materials/mesh easily. UVs?

Here is a good example structure this character system to release it in the marketplace.**

Lower Price release structure: 30-49 US $ each pack.

1- Modular Fixed Body Character [Male] Pack 1
*includes 4-5 male characters.
* Male clothings,bodywear, hair styles included and complies with all Letters bullets mentioned above.
*Etc (LODs are not required)

2- Modular Fixed Body Character [FEMALE] Pack 1
*includes 4-5 female characters.
* Female clothings,bodywear, hair styles included and complies with all Letters bullets mentioned above, Also compatible with earlier released packs(including male)…
* Male clothings,bodywear, hair included and complies with all Letters bullets mentioned above.
*Etc (LODs are not required)
3- Modular Fixed Body Character [Male] Pack 2
*includes 4-5 more male characters.
*includes more Male clothings,bodywear, hair styles and complies with all Letters bullets mentioned above and are compatible with earlier released character packs…(including female)
*Etc (LODs are not required)
4. Modular Fixed Body Character [FEMALE] Pack 2
*includes 4-5 more female characters.
* More Female clothings, bodywear ,bodywear, hair styles and complies with all Letters bullets mentioned above and are compatible with earlier released character packs…(including male)
*Etc (LODs are not required)

AND SO ON…

Higher Price release structure: 60-89 US $ each pack

  1. Modular Fixed Body Character [Male] Pack 1
    *includes 8-10 male characters.
    • A lot of different Male clothings,bodywear, hair styles included and complies with all Letters bullets mentioned above.
      *Etc (LODs are not required)
      2- Modular Fixed Body Character [FEMALE] Pack 1
      *includes 8-10 female characters.
      *Alot of Female clothings,bodywear, hair styles included and complies with all Letters bullets mentioned above, Also compatible with earlier released packs(including male)…
    • etc (LODs are not required)
