This may be a dumb question, I am new to Unreal Engine, game development and blender… Been crash coursing everything for about 2 weeks - Im getting old lol, wanna start someday. Anyways, the question:
Question 1:
I have created modular floors in Blender for a sewer level. Now when I import them into Unreal, they fit together nicely since I made the pivot point on a corner vertex of the items. However, my issues start when I attempt to texture the “floor” part of the mesh. If I turn the mesh, the texture turns with it, and it creates a weird floor texture - Some turned textures, some Large textures.

Question 2:
Should I just create the modular pieces without the “floor part” and then just add basic rectagular meshes after the fact to create the floor inbetween the sewer parts?
Note: I am using Quixel Materials for the materials
