When I send my FBX from Blender to Unreal, using the original mannequin Quinn orientation for the bones (rolled axis), and use it in a Modular control rig, everything works correctly (even finger orientations), but the calf/shin/lower leg, automatically flips when I assign the LEG module.
I’ve read this thread. Summary: it’s a bug.

I also tried unchecking the IK/FK Default, obviously bring the FK leg orientation correctly:
I do not have this issue in Unreal Engine 5.5.3.
So I figured I should update my old 5.4 to Unreal Engine 5.4.4
After the Update: I still have the same issue.
Please let me know which is the correct way to deal with this bug in 5.4.4? Moving the IK controller does nothing at all. Reorienting the controller doesn’t reorient the leg, and the pole target doesn’t influence the upper leg orientation (at all).
