Modifying Metahuman animations in 5.4.2 glitches and shannanegens

Hi,

Has anyone else noticed this problem?

I have re-targeted one animation from Lyra, pistol_jog_fwd to metahuman. Works flawlessly.
Create anim sequnce, drop the re-targeted metahuman animation there and then immediately bake to animation sequence.

Frame 0, fingers are all over the place. Also the whole animation is very unclean, the post-process anim_bp seems to start deforming in strange places.

I have put some time into re-targeting to metahumans and trying to play around changing the animations, but all baked exports and most of the times the retargets itself are very unclean and distorted. Seem to me that unless you are working with a skeletal mesh with only 10 bones, animation tools in UE are a time waste. What am i doing wrong?

Here is another example. Animation inside the sequencer looks perfectly fine. As soon as i bake it out to animation sequence, you get this!? Its always different deformations.

And its always on frame 0. This gotta be a bug?
