Modify human actor in runtime - Unreal Engine 5

Hi fellow creators!
I am working on a project where I would like to modify and put scales/measurements on a modell/human actor in runtime.
For inspiration I am imagening something like the “Create A Sim” in The Sims 4 (example below). If possible I would like to make changes by click and drag too, however is not a priority at this moment.

Now for my question - I am in an early stage of my project and can’t decide what kind of actor/mesh would be best for this task. Have been looking around for answers/inspiration but feel that I would need some feedback and suggestions!
Please ask me anything if I haven’t covered everything you need to know.
