Not only is the imported model in the wrong position, but the cursor is also in the wrong place.

That looks like a usual mismatch case between UE and Blender, a quite recurrent scenario accross the community. I would make sure that any and all transforms from your original model are applied, then check the following transform settings for your export:
Test that with Send2UE, and check if the issue persists. Alternatively, you can try a different transfer addon, like the one below:
