Any good modeling sites? Any go-to’s? Any that are super underrated?

I’d recommend sticking with stuff from the marketplace, actually.
I’ve tried Artstation, Turbosquid, CGTrader etc. A lot of people don’t understand what a game ready asset is.
Some wonderful stuff on Artstation, great artists, don’t get me wrong, but the meshes were full of hidden faces and had no UVs etc…
