Model of imported stairs

Hello.
I followed the tutorial for the basics of the program. I wanted to give it a try.
I imported a stairs asset created in Blender. The format is FBX.
Why doesn’t the character go up the stairs? I checked the settings between the Unreal tutorial stair and mine.
And the settings are identical. What am I missing?
Thanks

It’s the collision. Open the Static Mesh in Unreal Engine, select the “Collision” dropdown, and then Remove Collision. On the same dropdown select “Add 26 DOP Simplified collision”. Hopefully this will resolve your issue!

Hello. Thank you.
Sorry but I don’t find these features in my menu.
I attach photos.
I have unreal 4.27.

He means the menu at the top, this green “bell” with the drop down arrow

I don’t seem to have those settings in the green “bell”. But it seems that by lowering the height of the stairs and setting in this way, the character go up the stairs.
I don’t know why :grinning:

Oh, my bad, you are right (in UE5 you can click on the Collision button like that). Here :
