Anybody used both of these packages? Is there a difference in quality or any other differences?

I have the animset pro (haven’t used mobility), and it’s good quality and has more animations. Mobility may be nice but why pay more for it if animset has basically the same stuff for less? Just my thoughts anyway. 
Map out exactly what you want your character to do, and then check which one has all the animations you want.
I wouldn’t use cost as the only deciding factor, although I realise, that to some it might be.
