Mobile vs. PC - controlling detail through menu

Hello everyone!

I would like to control the setting for level of detail through level blueprint. What i mean is, in case the device/PC i am running my game on is getting too slow, i want to be able to press an input which would switch all my assets in the scene with their respective textures to a lower poly count set of assets. I have a scene of around 200,000 polys and kind of worried it would run super slow on smartphones.

any recommendations?

also is there any way of checking total verts/poly/tris count in the current scene i am working on ?
