Mobile scroll down/up detect

hi,

is there any way how to detect scroll down/up in mobile only? If scroll down/up return true, if not return false

I have in widget scrollbar and if scroll down/up i need return true.

hi man, take a look at this thing on the marketplace, you should have easy access on setting swipes !
