Mobile Resources making packaging stuck for a PC game

When i try to package my game, when the mobile resources items start cooking, it becomes stuck at UATHelper: Packaging (Windows (64-bit)): LogSavePackage: Display: Finished SavePackage C:/Users/Evan/Documents/Unreal Projects/OpenWorldGame/Saved/Cooked/WindowsNoEditor/Engine/Content/MobileResources/T_MobileControls_texture.uasset
I’ve tried everything by making it compatible with mobile platforms, changing packaging settings, even trying the project launcher and nothing has helped. Is there any way to prevent these from packaging for a PC release?


Have you found a solution to this issue? I can’t get past this step either. I am using 4.19
As a note, I have tried deleting all the usual folders and even migrated the content to a new project.
