Mobile Preview - Faces disappear on mesh

Hi,

I’m having issues with a mesh for a mobile render preview.
Some faces just disappear from the mesh. Working fine in the default preview.
It happens with material number 2 only.

Working fine on other meshes using both materials.

What I’ve tried:

  • fix normals / flip
  • Change fbx version at export
  • re import mesh
  • reset materials
  • weld points
  • reset xforms
  • edit normals / break / reset

Hmm I don’t have much experience with developing for mobile but what are the material limitations for that?
That 2nd material how is it set up and what are you trying to do with it? Are they floating planes with a translucent material?

You should probably read through this section on Materials for Mobile devices. You might be trying to use options in your material that it does not support.

I doubt, as I said, I’m using the same process on other similar meshes and it works well.I’ll read your link asap
