Mobile players with touch input cannot demolish the Rocket Racing car

I was confused in my earlier comment.

On mobile the RR (rocket racing) mobile HUD for the RR vehicle in creative/UEFN is different than the RR HUD in the normal RR game mode. This is intentional because in some creative/UEFN maps the player can exit the vehicle. (I wish normal RR used the Creative/UEFN HUD version).

However, multiple functions are missing from the mobile Creative/UEFN HUD when compared to the normal mobile RR game mode. The functions are: Vehicle Reset (OP called it “demolish”), Reverse Camera, Air Roll, joystick, or a way to look around.

There needs to be a button for Vehicle Reset, Reverse Camera, and Air Roll; and the normal BR joystick needs to show as an option instead of the D-Pad controls (in normal RR you can choose between D-Pad or joystick in settings). To implement looking around do NOT add a button, just enable the right side of the screen to be dragged to look around, like normal BR. The right side of the screen is not used at all, but still disabled for some reason.

Replicate:

  1. Start Fortnite Mobile.
  2. Start a creative match.
  3. Once in your island, click the hamburger menu button, and open the “HUD Layout Tool”.
  4. Change the HUD mode you are viewing from “Combat” to “RR Vehicle”.
  5. In the bottom buttons bar look for a button for “Vehicle Reset”, “Reverse Camera”, and “Air Roll”.
  6. Now look for a joystick to control vehicle movement. You will notice there are only arrow keys.
  7. Exit the HUD Layout Tool.
  8. Open the map, go to the creative content tab, click devices, and search for the RR Vehicle Spawner.
  9. Place the RR Vehicle Spawner in your island.
  10. Enter the RR vehicle.
  11. Try to look around using the right side of your screen with your fingers.
  12. Now connect a Bluetooth controller and try all of these functions using controller input.

Please ask if you are confused.
