My question is pretty simple, does UE5 let us export mobile games as UE4 ?
There are no tutorials on the documentations, there is only for UE4.
Does epic games want to remove mobile games making with Unreal ?

I think you’ll find the tutorials for UE4 are roughly applicable to UE5.
To answer your question, no you can’t export UE4 from UE5.
I assume Epic is just as much into mobile game as everyone else
