Mobile Controls Problem

Hello, i’m facing a problem in iOS where sometimes the mobile controls do not move or rotate the character. Controls appear but if moved they do nothing, they just react to the touch but nothing else happens. When this problem occurs i have to close the app and then open it again in order to make the controls work and move the character.

This is the code i use in order to move the character:

Well, how do you change the sensitivity and can this value reach 0 at some point? <3

I’ve already checked that but it’s not the problem. I’ve recently added the sensitivity and the problem was appearing even before that. Thank you.
