MOBA Game - development time for IOS - need suggestion from UE Expert

Hello everyone,

Soon gonna start working on a MOBA Game for the mobile platform. It is gonna be iOS exclusive for a while.

My partner and I calculate the budget for the entire development process. We have some doubts about the deadline.

The question is if 2 Expert programmers and 1 amateur will be enough to complete the programming tasks in 10-13 months. The programmers gonna work on a full-time contract.

To know: the project is gonna use AWS Gamelift servers with the integrated Matchmaking system.

The game will have 4 different play modes, 20 heroes separated on 5 different classes, touch control + controller, and other staff, etc…
