Image & Video Projector is a Blueprint-driven projection system for Unreal Engine, designed to project images, videos, text graphics, signage, labels and externally controlled media directly into your scenes.
The toolkit includes two main projector Blueprints:
BP_SpotProjector — a Spot Light based projector for cone-shaped projection, circular beams, cinematic looks, stylized setups and fitted media inside a Spot projection.
BP_RectProjector — a Rect Light based projector for rectangular projection, screens, signage, wall text, exhibition labels, video panels, banners and custom aspect projection surfaces.
The system is designed to be controlled mostly from the Details Panel. Choose a source mode, assign a texture or media texture, adjust projection distance, brightness, opacity and shape controls, and the Blueprint updates the projection materials automatically.
Supported source modes:
StaticTexture — for still images, logos, text graphics, signs, labels and non-animated content.
RuntimeMediaPlayer — for video playback controlled by the projector itself.
ExternalMediaTexture — for media controlled by another actor, Sequencer, Media Plate, the included Media Driver Blueprint or a custom Blueprint media system.
The toolkit also includes optional projector audio, spatial or 2D audio modes, glass/lens emissive preview, mesh-based fake light shaft effects, chroma split controls, flicker, attenuation controls, Spot fitted media controls, Rect aspect presets and custom Rect aspect support.
Use it for virtual exhibitions, museums, galleries, archviz presentations, stage design, concerts, installations, projected signage, cinematic scenes, interactive environments, galleries, archviz presentations, stage design, concerts, installations, projected signage, cinematic scenes, interactive environments, video walls, stylized lighting and projection-based visual effects.
A complete demo map is included with Spot, Rect, image, video and text projection examples. Deprecated legacy assets are also kept in the package for backward compatibility with previous versions.
