My tests with Spectator Screen in 4.17.0
I don’t know how to make texture not to stretch or adjust to the proper dimension, I used Scene Capture 2D to generate texture and added this generated texture to the Spectator Screen, how to capture it now to the video file? In the manual there an option to set capture FPS:
