Mixamo and Unreal 4

I am using mixamo to auto rig my characters and add preset animations to them. When I put them directly into Unreal 4 they working perfectly. But when I put the character rig inside of maya, use mixamo control script in order to customize the animation, and then import it into Unreal 4, the characters lie on its back and only animates it feet. It doesn’t animate the transformations or its arms. I did fix how to get the character back in its right pose, but still the animation is an issue. Someone please tell me how to fix the transformation issue and why my arms not animated in UE4
