Missing UE4Game binary

I have an android project using 4.27. It has been packaging just fine for a long time, but I recently tried installing new Android SDKs from the Android Studio (3.5.3) settings in hopes of trying to get a separate issue to work (admob ads). I checked and installed Android API 31, 32, 33 and 34 and API 30 was already installed. I got some packaging errors from Unreal after and so I tried to revert my mistake and uncheck/uninstall all those newer API’s in Android Studio, now I am getting this issue.

I am not sure what to do. Should I update Android studio to the newest version? Do I need to uninstall/reinstall all of android studio? Is there a (hopefully) simpler solution from Unreal?

Any help would be appreciated.
