Having a problem syncing a REVIT model with TM if it contains a “multistory” stair. Only the top runs show up. If five stories, only 4th to 5th sycns.
Even disconnecting the stair from upper levels doesn’t solve the problem. Subsequent syncs result in the same, top runs only, update in TM.
No sure whose problem this might be, REVIT or EPIC. So, please share if you have found a solution or encountered the same issue.
Are you direct linking or exporting to datasmith… We have gone away from within Revit in 2025. Exporting seems to be more stable. Found this out the hard way when the option became available.
Exporting and importing, with or without tarrifs, works OK. AutoDesk is delving into the problem and will post a patch to fix the problem after it is determined if it is an Epic bug or a REVIT one. Syncing works OK after the first export and import via DataSmith.
