Missing Quixel Bridge add on in new UE5

Can we not update our account ourselves? I am missing it but I dont want to rely on one staff at epic for this…thanks though for your efforts.

My account is also having the Quixel Bridge plugin not showing up in UE5 or in my vault. Tried reinstalling still nothing.

Same problem, installed UE5 and there is no Quixel. And then I checked my 4.27 installation and it is gone from there too. @ I DM you, not sure if my account needs fixing.

Also this thing of fixing accounts one by one seems sketchy at best … just saying.

Not sure what I did differently than others, but a fresh install automatically prompted the plugin to download after for me. It’s possible they Epic set up a fresh Quixel download after reinstall since you have tried last.

However, I also attempted to verify UE5 prior to unistall/reinstall and I also uninstalled all versions of UE4, which may not be an option for you.

I have the same problem @ . Installed right after release. Quixql Bridge is not in my vault or plugins.

@Evilsine @DonzeDE @anonymous_user_7553e8751 @achiellez @Yiown @JSStudio @anonymous_user_51fa2346 @Metuzals @KevinZuuL This should now be resolved for you- please completely close and restart your launchers. You should then be able to search for Quixel Bridge and install your Engine version from there!

Thanks @ ! I can see the plugin in the vault now. I installed it to UE5 and now it is working in UE5. But still missing for 4.27 (not sure I need it). Also it doesn’t detect my Megascans library (even after manually setting it) so I had to download everything all over again, just FYI. Thanks again !
